Our delivery options for large items are carefully designed to provide flexibility, affordability, and convenience to businesses and individuals in Nairobi and across Kenya.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 7 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

    Customers must present the original invoice or receipt when requesting an exchange or return.

  2. Return Period

    • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

    • For online orders, the return period is counted from the date of delivery.

    • Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or missing parts may not qualify for return.

  4. Eligible Products

    • Computers, laptops, and accessories that are defective on arrival (DOA).

    • Products delivered in error or those that are different from what was ordered.

    • Items under manufacturer’s warranty that fail within the first 7 days of purchase.


Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, licensing, and security reasons, some items cannot be exchanged or returned once sold:

  • Opened software packages and activation keys.

  • Consumables such as printer inks and toners once opened.

  • Items that have been tampered with or serviced by unauthorized technicians.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery services on public holidays depend on the availability of our delivery partners and courier services.

In most cases, deliveries are not made on public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays or outside normal business hours will be processed on the next available business day.

Lansotech Solutions reserves the right to decline or modify next-day delivery services where circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, courier delays, or operational constraints, may affect delivery timelines.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, in most cases, a signature may be required upon delivery to confirm that your order has been received.

If you are unable to be present, you may authorize another adult at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package on your behalf, where permitted by the courier.

If no authorized person is available to accept the delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again, leave a collection notice, or return the package to the depot, depending on the courier's policies. Any additional delivery charges resulting from a failed delivery attempt may be the responsibility of the customer.

For certain low-value items or deliveries where a signature is not required, the courier may leave the package in a safe location or follow the delivery instructions you provided, where this service is available. Once the package has been delivered according to the agreed delivery method, responsibility for the order passes to the customer.
