Orders & Payment
Browse our website, add items to your cart, and check out. You can pay via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (for select locations).
Yes, but only for Nairobi orders. For outside Nairobi, payment must be made in advance.
Delivery & Shipping
Nairobi deliveries are same-day if ordered before 3 PM. Outside Nairobi takes 1–2 business days.
Yes, we can arrange regional shipping on request.
Returns & Warranty
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused and in original packaging.
Bring or ship the product back to us with proof of purchase, and we’ll handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer or supplier.
